What is your return policy?
If we ship you the wrong item by mistake, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Once we confirm your order information, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
If you ordered the wrong item or simply aren’t satisfied, we’ll refund your purchase minus shipping costs once the item is returned and confirmed. There is a 15% restocking fee on complete bikes and a 10% restocking fee on everything else.
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unworn/unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags. Custom wheel orders, bike builds, and any parts that have been installed or used are NOT eligible for a refund.

We will do exchanges for items that meet the above criteria, but additional shipping charges apply.
We’re also happy to bring items you order online or over the phone to any races we attend—free of charge. Contact us to coordinate.
How do I order a custom wheel build?
You can contact us directly for custom wheel build info and ordering, or simply add the individual parts to your cart.
Why should I order from Powers Bike Shop instead of another company?
Chad Powers, the owner, raced BMX for 15+ years. He’s a master wheel builder and bike mechanic. When you buy from us—not the big box guys—you’re getting rider-tested, rider-approved products, installed free of charge.
We’re a small, family-owned shop, and BMX is our passion. That’s what drives us every day.
How do I get sponsored or join the Powers Bike Shop Factory Team?
We recruit riders through our own channels—no recruiters, no resumes. Asking to be sponsored almost always guarantees you won’t be. We believe riders should ride for their own reasons, not for a sponsorship.
We choose team riders based on effort, attitude, loyalty to Powers Bike Shop, personality fit, and yes, athletic ability. There’s no formula of titles or tricks for what makes someone team material. Above all, the Powers Bike Shop team is a family.
Can I have some stickers?
We include stickers with online and phone orders, or you can grab some from us at any race when you make a purchase. You can also send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Can I get a discount or deal?
We run sales throughout the year, and the best way to stay updated is by joining our email list.

We’re a small, family-owned business—we don’t have the huge margins that big box shops do. Instead, we focus on delivering value through expert knowledge, quality parts, professional installation, and genuine relationships with riders and families.
