We want you stoked on your gear. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Wrong Item or Our Mistake

If we ship you the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Once we confirm your order details, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and take care of the rest.

Returns for Refund

If you ordered the wrong item or simply aren’t satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund minus shipping costs once the item is received and inspected.

Restocking fees:

  • 15% on complete bikes
  • 10% on all other eligible items

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Include all original tags and materials

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom wheel orders
  • Complete bike builds
  • Any parts that have been installed or used

Exchanges

We’re happy to do exchanges for items that meet the eligibility requirements above.
Additional shipping charges apply for all exchanges.

Race Pickup Option

Headed to a race? We’re often there too.

We’re happy to bring items ordered online or over the phone to any races we attend free of charge.
Just contact us ahead of time so we can coordinate.
