Over the years, we've had a few people ask for an OS20 version of the RS7. Originally we didn't want to do it. We watched Mikey Day test the OS20 and it never caught on for racing. But when we gave a prototype to Randy Roberts, he called us shortly after to say just how much "FUN" it was to ride. At that point, we knew we had to do it!
After that call, we put them into production. But with a slightly different goal than the original RS7. That goal being Fun!
The OS20 RS7 is designed to be a fun bike. It's the ultimate "do everything" bike. Go to the Pump Track, Hit the Trails, and go to the Track. But what also makes the OS20 RS7 so special is that it's dedicated to Randy Robert's 2 Decades of being on the Supercross BMX Factory team and his first signature frame! The Bulldozer said it was FUN, but here is what he actually said..

And he was right. We know that this frame is going to save a lot of BMX racing careers and keep you riding longer! It's a high-performance Aluminum frame designed for fun!

The OS20 RS7 features:

Available in 3 different sizes to fit all riders and 12 stock colors (Jet Black, Gloss White, Matte Grey, Hi-Vis Yellow, Guards Red, Neon Cyan Blue, Neon Pink, Neon Orange, Matte Navy Blue, Matte Army Green, Mystic Rainbow, and Mirror Polished ) and more to come.

When we designed the geometry of the OS20 RS7 we based it on the regular 20" Supercross BMX Fork. Our 20" Carbon Race forks will work with the OS20 wheel, so no need to buy a OS20-specific fork. If you already have a 20" Supercross and want to go to OS20 all you need to do is swap the frame and wheels, and you are set to go!

All weights are measured on a UPS Calibrated Scale. Weights will vary depending upon the amount of powdercoat and the amount of filler rod used on a particular frame. How we get it right. The advances in materials and processes that have cemented Supercross’s reputation as a technology leader would not have been possible without a rigorous and costly research and development program. Beginning in our in-house laboratories, we use a range of specially fabricated fixtures and robots to test everything we make and the best products offered by our competitors. With the knowledge that comes to life in that process, we develop and test new concepts, the most promising of which we put back in or test lab, out on the road or trail and in the wind tunnel. If results are encouraging and we think we’re on the right track, we put beta versions of our product under the world’s best racers, including two time Olympic Gold Medalist Maris Strombergs. The marketing benefits of having someone like Strombergs on our equipment is obvious to almost anyone, but the information we receive from a rider that experienced and exacting is the only way to know if we’ve gotten it right.
